Ray Shammamie
Co-Founder & Principal Broker
Ray is the co-founder and principal broker of Summit Net Lease with six years of experience specializing in net lease investment sales. I work with private investors, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and family offices to provide strategic guidance and execution across a variety of single-tenant and net lease assets. Over the course of my career, I’ve closed over 50 transactions totaling over $150 million. At Summit Net Lease, I focus on uncovering off-market opportunities, delivering data-driven insights, and building long-term relationships rooted in transparency, trust, and results.
When not in the office, Ray enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling and trying Detroit’s newest restaurants.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Meet Tyler, Co-Founder of Summit Net Lease and a commercial real estate broker focused on helping private investors and family offices build and grow their portfolios through single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease properties. Over the past five years, Tyler has closed over $100 million in transactions across 40+ deals, and takes pride in delivering straightforward advice, creative solutions, and long-term value for his clients.
When not working, Tyler is usually spending time with his wife, Kasey, and their daughter, Savanna. They’re his biggest motivation and the reason he pushes to be better every day—both in business and in life.
Marko Miroslavski
Investment Advisor
Marko serves as an advisor with Summit Net Lease, working with private investors and capital groups on the purchase and sale of single-tenant and net-lease retail assets. His role centers on guiding clients through the full investment lifecycle — from initial analysis and pricing strategy through marketing, negotiation, and closing — with a focus on clarity and confidence at every step. He brings a disciplined, research-driven perspective to his work. Marko emphasizes rigorous underwriting, market intelligence, and strategic positioning to help uncover value in both listed and off-market properties. Clients appreciate his accessibility and straightforward communication style, as well as his commitment to reliability and long-term partnership.
When he’s not working, Marko enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting out on the golf course, and following his favorite sports teams.
